The communication lapses mentioned previously were due to confusion over the email address I was to contact to receive a quote. I do wish they’d been more proactive reaching out when they kept asking me for emails and I kept calling asking for quotes but they weren’t receiving anything from me, but I can’t say anything else about their service.

Rely is always on time and reliable. I have several favorite drivers who are careful, courteous & knowledgeable by far the best service I've ever used-They are on top of their game and send me alerts and communicate with emails and text messages- (I even receive a photo I/D of my driver prior to pickup!!) I feel very confident that they will be waiting for me at LAX after a long trip and take me home in comfort. I highly recommend them!

I had a complicated schedule one day and so I had Rely drive me to a varied assortment of appointments all over the LA basin.. The traffic was awful but thanks to Rely we got to each of them on time !! The driver was very professional and did an excellent job for me that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Rely to anyone that needs a driver plus a good looking vehicle in the Los Angeles area.

Rely Limo is a first class limo company with great rates and the best customer service. I use them for my personal trips to LAX and for rides for our executives at work. Some of our executive transfers involve multiple stops and need to be booked at a moment's notice and Rely has always handled everything beautifully. I recently needed a professional limousine service to drive a client and me to various meetings around Los Angeles. One of Rely Limo's existing regular customers referred them to me. I was told they had been in business since 1998 and were extremely professional and cost-competitive. Their Lincoln MKT was brand new and came with a tray full of great goodies. My client and I couldn't have been more impressed by their professionalism and reliability. In summary, my experience with them just couldn't have been better. I can highly recommend them.

I have been using Rely Limo for months and continue to have only the best experiences. I have used them for airport transfers for myself and family as well as important business meetings for family members. Their drivers are prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. We live in a house with many steps and the drivers are always willing to help us with our luggage and never make us feel like we are a burden. They truly make you feel as a traveler that they are there to help you... being picked up at the airport by them is like arriving home the minute they greet you at arrivals. A+++++ wouldn&apos

Best in LA! Drivers friendly and professional, cars are clean and luxurious, and booking is very easy and secure.
Moreover, on a recent trip from LAX, our driver literally went the extra mile! We got to LAX and realized that we had left an important bag at home in Sherman Oaks. Our driver went all the way back, picked up the bag, and got it to us in time to make our flight. Could have been a tragedy, but these guys turned that into a great rescue story!

I had a fantastic experience when Rely Limo picked me up recently at the crack of dawn for an early flight to Costa Rica via LAX. Not only was the driver on time (you'd be surprised how much this has been an issue in the past with car services), he came to my door and helped with my luggage. This never happens anymore! He was polite but not too chatty. The car was clean and I felt safe. As a travel writer, there have been many early morning rides to the airport where I can't say that was the case. I made it to the airport with time to spare which made the whole experience stress-free
