Found the fence I needed a quote on in the pictures on their website called for a quote. Said "Hi, I need a paddock built." and the rep said "You might want to try wilco or coastal *Condescending chuckle* we don't do FARM fencing" and I said "oh thank you anyway" and they said "Yeah" and hung up. So rude! will not ever go there for any fencing!

We had a huge fence built(over 900 feet). Dominic, Doug, Chewy, and Richard went above and beyond to make it the way we wanted, even when it wasn’t the easiest or quickest way. Their skills and professionalism… are demonstrated by the clean lines and through easy communication. While all staff were easy to work with, the labor crew mentioned above won all of our future business and referrals. We really appreciate our gorgeous cedar fence and we are grateful for the security it provides our family.

I set out to get quotes from multiple contractors. Superior was one of the first I contacted. I was told I would get a call the following week to schedule. I never received a call.
A few weeks later, I called back. A week later they sent out someone for the quote, who after taking measurements told me they were months out on work and wouldn't probably be able to start until March. This would have been useful to know when I originally called. Instead, I was tied to an appointment.
Several weeks later, I finally get a quote - the most expensive quote of all the quotes I received including

Once again, Superior Fence rocks! I bought a cyclone fence from these guys last year, and at that time I had them install a rolling fence section in front of my carport to keep my cars protected. Here recently one of the tires sprung a leak, and to my amazement they came out and replaced both tires at no charge. Amazing service! Great company to work with. If you buy a fence from someone else you'll most likely end up paying more and get less.

So 5-6yrs later. Fence has been leaning for over a yr and propped up with 2×4's. Now 4 posts just rotted and it fell over. Thank God it didn't land on my 2 dogs. Went to look closer, the posts arnt in cement and from research, cement should be there and filled to above ground level to help keep water from rotting the posts. It should have lasted… more than 6yrs. It has given us problems since the 3rd yr. Very angry. It looked great at first which is why I gave them 3 stars. The gate that is under carport is still good. But now I have to figure out how to fix the 20 feet of rotted posts

Superior Fence did an amazing job at listening to what we wanted in a fence and gates, and over delivering in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Nick Heath came out to our property on a Saturday on his day off, to take measurements, and discuss with us the style and areas we wanted fenced off and gated, to make our property secure and safe for kids and animals. A little different from the norm, we wanted a farm style looking fence with four cedar rails, but also wanted security from kids and animals getting through the fence and out onto our busy street. So we wound up having them sandwich

I called every fence place in Portland and found superior fence was the only one that could get the job done today with there 24 hr emergency service crew said to be available all hours and a 1-2 hour arrival time in most cases I accepted and was very pleased they had the job done in no time with a truck equipped to complete the job thank you for great people and products superior fence will use again!

Beginning at the end of May we contacted them to come out and give us a bid. By June 7 we signed a contract with them even though they were going to be slightly more than Rick's, they did promise to have the fence scheduled 4 weeks out - we happily paid them around $3500 as a down payment.
June came and went, July came and went, August is almost over and they claim they still don't have the materials to complete the work. The only communication we got was by email where the salesman Morgan - said that they would be

Typical contractor. Called to make an appt., he called me back asked for some details, sketch, etc. I provided the information over email (drawings, dimensions, etc.)... crickets. I called twice... crickets. Finally emailed him to see what's up, said he never got my emails or phone calls (bs). He gave me an estimate told me to call him to schedule a time. I called him... crickets.
He wasted my time, he'll probably waste yours unless you have a really big job.
