After setting up an appointment to get a repair bid, the person fails to show saying they had something come up on another job that needed his attention costing me a days pay for taking the day off to meet with them. Then not hearing back from them for more then a week I called to scheduled another day and they finally showed up. But then after a week and a half of no contact I call to find out what the bid was and they tell me they are too busy to do anything for me. Very bad customer service. Looking elsewhere.
