Posting this under a different account so that Colette cannot try to slander an honest review by means of insults. I have worked with her in a professional capacity through property management and her responses even in the workplace are utterly rude and condescending. No customer or colleague likes to be talked to with no respect or just a complete lack of empathy or enthusiasm. Colette, you should find a different profession because not only are you very inefficient as a property manager, you also behave in very poor taste. Seeing your responses to other reviews is actually somewhat comical since

I own a construction company since 2001 & Logistics company since 2009. Over the years I dealt with all kinds of people but I have never dealt with such a rude & disrespectful property manager. Collette is very unprofessional! Definitely absolute nightmare to work with. She literally does not pick up homeowners calls even if the roof is leaking & hangs up on homeowners of the condominiums she manages. This behavior is not normal and she is not qualified to be a property manager! The only reason she is still a property manager is because it looks like she is the only member of Property Management

The way Colette treats people she should have gotten zero stars. I was very friendly with her, but for no reason she yelled at me and started swearing. With her choleric behavior she should never be allowed in any customer service or management role. Our next association meeting will be in five month, but I will make sure she gets kicked out.

I join the other reviewers in saying I had to deal with Colette once, and her response is very unprofessional and rude! Last I knew, she represents the homeowners, HOA, so why is she still employed there, with this many complaints against her? I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and tried being nice in my initial email, but still it didn't matter. If you don't like your job....

Collette has been great to deal with during the onboarding process of buying my condo and all the little maintenance / billing issues and questions I've had over the past year. Always prompt on responses and available as needed. She's a busy woman, but will make time for you as permitting. Thank you!

I disagree with these negative comments about Property Management by Design.
I am a Broker Owner of Gulf properties in Palm Harbor, Colette is Very Professional, I see a lot of these reviews are from other Realtors, it is the Sellers responsibility to turn over ALL Financials,Rules and Covenants, and HOA Documents, if the Seller doesn't have them, then you can Purchase this information from a Property Management Company.
I live in Ridgemoor, and Colette is my Property Manager, you are able to reach her almost anytime during business hours, and if not she calls you right back. Please drive through

I cannot say enough about Colette. Absolutely Wonderful to work with. I was SHOCKED to read the reviews stating otherwise. She has never been anything but kind & friendly when I have called her. She has promptly answered all of my emails and offered clear directives when needed. I am sure, like most Property Management Companies, she charges a fee for certain forms or documentation. I have dealt with several Property Managers and I have always been charged a fee when I have requested some specific documents. I think that is protocol.
Again, I find it hard to believe that Colette has acted in such

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Colette is an absolute nightmare to deal with, which is unfortunate when she manages your property. She managed my condo unit until I sold it this past summer. She is completely incompetent, and acts as if she knows nothing about the property she’s managed for years. She adamantly refused to answer any questions regarding the association or the property, which was neede for the legal disclosure I had to produce when selling my unit. She also attempted to charge me a fee when I got married and my husband moved in, claiming he “never filled out an application
