Jessica jumped on a call right away to talk me through everything. And she always followed up if I had any questions. They were flexible when I found out that my storage unit we were picking up from wouldn't be opened at our scheduled time and was able to push it out by 30 minutes. The movers came on time and there was good communication all through the process. They took good care of my items, and placed everything where I wanted it. They were polite and finished the job within the time I was hoping for and within the budget I was hoping for as well. I'd use H2H Movers again.

Mike and his team were excellent, clean and efficient. They didn’t waste any time and were friendly. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the pricing could have been better explained. Including the travel fee to get to my pick up place.

From start to finish, my move was done in such a spectacular, easy, and professional manner. They assisted with getting me a COI promptly, scheduled me for an urgent booking. The two guys who helped me move, Edgar and Armen were the best movers I ever hired. They were super fast, very efficient and didn’t waste any time. I thought the move would take a lot longer but they were able to get it done fast. They immediately started working and didn’t stop. Great guys, very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Let me tell you something, if anyone is looking for a moving company I would definitely recommend H2H movers. Sasha, Misha, Dima and Alex rock!!! This guys came at 8 am sharp as i requested. We have a 3 bedroom house and they did full packing of kitchen for us, as well as all our cloth. They wrapped all our furniture, I requested carpet covers because our new house has brand new carpet installed. The guys are very professional and easy to talk to. Hopefully no more moves for us for a long time, but definitely will recommend this guys to my friends.

We engaged H2H Movers in July this year. After we enquired by phone and we faced time and walked through the entire house to show the extent of goods to be moved. We agreed a cost on the phone and paid the deposit. The service was great until we the very end of day - they charged us 60% more and refused to leave until paid. We made attempt to contact them and no response some 3 months later. WARNING - Buying beware.

My grandma passed away a month ago and I had to get some of her furniture out of the house and move it to my mom's and some to my home. Their was an refrigerator that was delivered to my brother's. H2H movers were wonderful. They not only protected the furniture, they break it down and set it back up and rearange it like you want. The two movers Alex and Micheal were friendly and super kind. They turned a stressful situation into a calm and stress-free situation. The pricing was reasonable for all the work those 2 men did. I'll be recommending this company to whoever needs movers

I live by myself & don’t have much, but it’s a lot for one person if that makes sense. I got movers with the intent of being able to help move with them and pack. H2H was the first company to reach out to me & give me a quote. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that I had Mike & Armen to help me as well. They had my entire apartment packed so fast my head spun. They both are also some of the nicest people I have ever met. I highly recommend H2H & both of them for your next move. I forgot to buy boxes as well so oops on my part, but they had supplies thank god. I am amazed at how quickly

Absolutely stay away! I decided to give them a shot, even with the low amount of reviews. Bad choice. There are just so so so many things I could complain about but to sum up briefly....
Movers complained the whole time. They were sexist. I ended up having to call a male over just so I was treated fairly. They did not wear masks or gloves, despite my exhaustive convo with the office prior that this was vital to me. They moved so slowly, cost me 3 X's the quoted amount. They broke things. Were careless and seemed annoyed that they had to actually move things. I literally was traumatized after

Mike and Mischa were fantastic and made a day that tends to be filled with aggravation and stress a lot more manageable. From booking all the way to the actual moving, it has been a fantastic experience. The work was done very efficiently, plenty of supplies and quick work and amazing customer service all around.
