It all started with a flight delay. The five founding members of You Move Me were meeting at the Vancouver International Airport to head to Whistler for a brainstorming session to finalize our plans to revolutionize the local moving industry. Four of us made it on time, but one of us had a lengthy flight delay, leaving us to wander the airport while we waited.
Never ones to shy away from fun, we were excited to discover matching tracksuits in a store at the airport. Each of us changed into our tracksuits and waited at the gate for Tom, the final member of our group to arrive. You can imagine the attention we attracted - four grown men in matching outfits.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! If they damage any furninure, they will not take responsibility nor cover the cost of the repair! Due to the negligence of their truck driver, they hit and drove up over the storage facility keypad pillar getting in. The truck came down hard and it damaged their truck, popped one of their tires with the truck almost turning over. My antique bed now has a cracked headboard with loose molding and a chunk of wood missing from the top. The footboard was also damaged, along with an antique wooden pillar.

This Moving Company came as a recommendation and I'm glad I listened. Great team of movers! They were super punctual, were there exactly at 8am on the dot, let me know they were on their way 15 minutes before arrival. The guys were super efficient, wrapped up things quickly and handled everything with care. I moved completely in 3 hours. I have considerably bulky items and they still managed to move everything without missing a beat. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Already saved their number on my phone for any future moves.

We did a local move over a 3 day period of work. The first day the crew was outstanding. Really exceptional work. Polite, hard working and friendly. Day 2 was unloading day and we did discover after a week that things we had clearly labeled one room ended up in another. Maybe < 5% of items. Not a big deal in my mind. We had worked out a color coding system with stickers and explained it to the team so it was just an honest mistake. By the end of day 2 we felt like there was still a lot of work to do and we re-worked the quote for an addition 8-10 hours of work. What I liked about Luke and his team

Seriously can’t say enough good about these guys. Friendly, professional and just wonderful to work with. I had to move very suddenly and they took care of everything. All packed, wrapped and protected with care. Only minor thing, which wasn’t their fault: the call center booked me for two hours which is the minimum but when the guys got on site they told me that packing alone takes that long for my 1BDRM + den. So that was just a bit of a surprise. The job took about 5 hours with admin etc. so a more accurate estimate from the booking end would have been appreciated. Otherwise 5 stars!!

Nice guys, quick to schedule and willing to move with short notice. personally, i would not do a packing option without an unpacking option. you just end up with a ton of boxes without knowing where anything is. if you want quick to schedule movers these guys are more professional than the 2 neighborhood boys with a pickup but at a price. still, if you do "packing" then ask about "unpacking" they are two separate services here.

We had such a great experience with You Move Me! This was our first time ever using a moving company. I stressed myself out for two weeks leading up to this, not knowing what to expect. I called the 800 number 3 times to confirm my information and felt uneasy getting different answers every time. A few days before my scheduled appointment a local manager (Ricky)called to go over all the details. He was very nice.
Moving day came and our movers were AWESOME! Tyler, Alex G, and Jeff were fun, and very professional! Thank you gentlemen, I truly appreciate you all!

Tyler, Alex, and Jeff showed up nearly to the exact minute they said they would when they called earlier with an ETA.
As we all know, time is money, and these men hustle! They were super fast moving us out and in.
