This review is long overdue. I used Kerb to move both my apartment furnishings and car cross country earlier this year, and it was a horrible, stressful and overpriced experience.
For the car pickup, the man lied to me and tried to scam me. I had a new car that had sat in a covered garage due to Covid and was in perfect condition with almost no miles. He inspected the car and said there was no damage to document, and asked me to sign the pickup form on his phone. When I clicked on "inspection report", he had noted more than a dozen dings on my car. When I asked him about it, he said

I had the worst moving experience of my life with Kerb movers last week. I'd prefer to name and shame, but unfortunately I do not remember the foreman's name. My review deals almost entirely with my interaction with him, however.
This was for an international move, and I'd made all arrangements with a different moving company. Kerb was responsible… for dispatching the movers, and the only reason I know this is because of the truck they came in.

Be more dependable and HONEST! I and my family having a very very tough time with Kerb moving company.
We moved from NJ to Dallas, TX and chose them on the basis of their reputation/reviews etc. They were on the higher end of our budget bur still we went ahead with them since we thought they are worth and we wanted less hassle headaches as I have a… 18months old and wanted to make this move as smooth as possible for us. And did not want any hidden costs etc. (which they confirmed they do not when I spoke to them).
But, little a knew! The day the crew came to pick up the Household stuff.

They made our move as easy as it could be. Moving can be stressful and often times you get stuck in between two moves so you have movers that rush through it. Kerb gave me their full attention and effort for the move. No details were skimped out on. They showed up ahead of time and worked until I was happy with the move in. Very thankful for how well my move with Kerb turned out. I've had some rocky moves in the past but this was was great. The move took place last week and I was little hesitant at the beginning because I could have gone with a cheaper company. After reading their customer reviews and thinking past experiences with low cost movers I decided to pay… just a bit extra, hoping I'd get a very smooth experience. Kerb is great! We used them when doing a cross country move from Chicago to LA and they really took good care of our breakables, which was my biggest concern. They were also extremely easy to work with in terms of communication and punctuality, and the movers were super nice. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we even recommended them… to our friends who needed movers in the LA area. Our friends loved them as well and also reiterated how easy Kerb made the moving process especially when moving can be one of the most stressful things to go through. Great company service, thanks

Great pricing and service! Moving from place to place is always a pain so when it was time for me to move back to OC after finishing school in San Diego i was absolutely dreading it. But Kerb made it a breeze! Working with them was very easy. I requested a quote online, and was given a prompt response and a competitive price right away.

Kerb movers are the best! Moving to a new city, state, or even apartment can be super exciting, but let's be honest the process is a huge pain. In the past I usually will rent a Uhaul or a hope a friend with a truck will help me. As you can imagine, it is super stressful. I decided to try Kerb due to a recommendation from a friend.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the whole process! Everyone from the movers, to the staff I spoke with on the phone, were professional and accommodating. They were completely upfront about the price (which was great btw!) and went above and beyond

This company is amazing! They helped me out twice, once was moving things from LA to San Diego and another time from Dallas to LA. I was really satisfied with both times that they help because of their punctuality and professionalism. On top of that, none of my items were damaged during the move because if how well they wrapped and boxed everything. I would highly recommended this company if you ever needed some good quality help when it comes to moving.

My girlfriend and I had great service with Kerb Movers! Helped me make the move from N.C. to NY! Made the move so much less stressful, knowing my personal things and breakable items were safe. We had so much stuff from a 2 bedroom house and taking it to upstate NY was stressful to think about. The guys were very professional and I trusted them with… my stuff, it’s always great to have that feeling. The huge plus was being able to also ship my car. I wanted to keep the mileage as low as possible, and on top of that it was perfectly damage free when it arrived. Would definitely recommend

This company is great! They moved my valuables very carefully and even used bubble wrap. This place has really good device and are very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus, hey have great prices! You can't go wrong! They helped me move from Baldwin park to Monterey park with no problems. They were on time and very quick with getting everything done. Never had such a good company help me move so quickly and not damaging any of my valuables. They are the company I will go to again, if I have to move.

I have to say this is the best moving company! In the past, I have used moving companies such as UHAUL which is nothing compared to this company. I recently moved cities and appreciated that the company was able to provide me with a competitive quote compared to other movers.
Day of the move, the company showed up on time. Staff were polite and cheerful! They first packed all my belongings in boxes and used bins to help place my small valuable items. In addition, they helped me wrap my 60-inch tv really secure! I was quite impressed!
Overall, I would totally recommend this moving company

My 72 year old mother was moving from Flushing to Somerville and with me living in California, I had to pick a company that could pack everything safely and move it 2 hours away across state lines without me being there.

Let's face it... moving is a pain. Even a move down the street can be extremely stressful and tiring. Now imagine a move across the country... Keeping track of the all the moving parts, no pun intended, will definitely cause you headaches for days. All the unforseen problems that can arise most certainly will if you choose just any moving company. Kerb is the ONLY moving company that I would trust to move my stuff.

Going through a long distance move can be stressful, however they did a wonderful job moving us and made the experience very pleasant. They arrived earlier than the time we scheduled and had everything packaged and ready to go in just a few hours with their team. Gave these guys a call. Very impressed with the communication and making this so easy to set up and move. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I felt like my friends were helping me move :) no valuables were broken which is a first for me and let me tell you about how quick they are at taking things apart and putting them back together. My bed my dresser etc. honestly made my move successful and stress free. I can't thank you guys enough!
