5/5 customer service! I had an emergency situation leaving my family unable to attend a funeral. The arrangement I had ordered from a different florist canceled on me an hour before the service was to begin. In a panic, I called the only other florist still open on a Saturday afternoon, Locker's Flowers. I was pleasantly greeted by Cookie. Cookie did me the world's largest service and put together a sympathy arrangement with a card and had it delivered to the funeral home within 45 minutes! Thank you Cookie for helping us send our love & support to our dear friends during this difficult time.

Here's a feel good story: I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday for Saturday delivery. I was out of town but the gentleman making the delivery called me to say they were delivered and where he placed them at the door. Problem was, I gave them the wrong address. I just wrote it off as my mistake and was hoping someone was enjoying them.

Here's the feel good part: A week later, the guy who had just discovered the delivery, took the time to call the florist and let them know. Locker's then took the time to backtrack the order details and called me to inform me.

Gorgeous flowers and Pat, their flower wedding planner really knew her stuff. They helped with my wedding. Partly, I asked them to create a daisy halo for me, and it was even better than I could have imagined. It was perfect! However, I had a very small wedding and the flowers were a bit over priced. First wedding so I was a novice and didn't learn until after I had paid for them.
Also, to note, one of their staff members, while kind, was lost and didn't seem to understand her role there. I even asked her how to spell boutonniere, she works at a flower shop, and she did not know how. I figured

My husband and I just got married on October 1st, 2021 and we were so happy on how the flowers turned out. They matched our colors, looked professional, and communicated with us over the planning process. My husband and I wanted to have lego characters added to our flowers and they did, no question and no extra charge. I highly recommended this place!

My mom ordered my daughter flowers and had asked if they could do this. They did an amazing job and it is exactly what she wanted. My daughter is going to go crazy!!!!

I went with lockers for my wedding because I was so impressed that they took the time to make a mock bouquet for me so I could see what it would look like in person. When I got the flowers day of I was pretty disappointed because they did not look like what she originally made for me. The bridal bouquet was pretty, just not what she originally showed me. The bridesmaid bouquets had so much greenery I ended up having to cut fly always because I did not ask for greenery. When I expressed my concerns the gentlemen said "well that was so long ago". I just added a photo ( today 4-11-21 ) these are flowers I ordered and had delivered for my Moms wake last Monday ( 4-5-21 ) not to be " morbid " but they are on her grave site and still look amazing! Thanks again

I ordered flowers directly from Lockers website without calling the store. I was a little nervous not having one on one contact but all went smoothly. The flowers I ordered looked exactly like the the picture on their website, vase and all. The flowers looked fresh and full. Very pleased.

Wow, so disappointed with our orders from here. During this very difficult time. Laying my father to rest. Our flowers were wrong. We asked to replace the roses pink and purple to white and add blue. The spray was half the size that was measured and only maybe 8 white roses. Rest pink and purple. The plant that was ordered was pretty but asked for a white bow. Got like ribbon straight not even a bow. And the price of these items definitely what’s worth it. Thanks for messing up this memorial time Lockers. I also shared with our funeral home they should not promote them.

Had three dozen roses sent to me from Lockers fFlowers over the years. All three arrangements died within three days of receiving them. The first two times I went into their store and let them know that the flowers had died. I also brought the dead bouquets in. They were not happy to replace the bouquets and had a bad attitude. Prior to even receiving these three bouquets I never wanted to return the third bouquet of roses because of their attitudes prior to this delivery.I had gone into their shop to purchase some fresh flowers and no one seems like they wanted to help me. I have to give this company some serious props - I ordered flowers for delivery after their cutoff for same day delivery, and not only did they still make it happen - it was delivered in just a couple hours after I ordered it! The flowers looked great and my wife really likes them!

Excellent emergency make up and delivery by Pat who came to the rescue on a Sunday and had the most stunning array of purple and white flowers in their collection delivered before noon. Our friend of more than 50 years was deeply impressed and blessed by the quality of this choice. The person who took my order over the phone was very Friendly and Helped me a lot... I didn't had much information of the arrangement that I wanted or much information to the destination but , she helped me a lot ...With much appreciation from Los Angeles, Ca...to you guys and the flowers are beautiful...

We got our flowers for our wedding from Lockers. We really weren't sure what we wanted, so Pat and John came up with something for our Easter themed wedding. The driver that delivered them to the church was very knowledgeable on what flowers were for who. The flowers were beautiful. I loved my bouquet. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding amazing! They also provided a beautiful memory flower for my husbands mother without us asking. What an amazing idea. We will keep it forever.

BUYER BEWARE! Cliff note version- Lockers Flowers in McHenry fulfilled a funeral order from an online portal. When I got to the wake I was not happy with the way the flowers looked. Called online company who gave me a 50% refund. Apparently the online portal called florist and they had a disagreement. All unbeknownst to me. LOCKERS DISRUPTED MY UNCLES WAKE AND REMOVED THE FLOWERS!!! I had no idea what was going on, I was embarrassed and mortified. How dare they allow their dispute with the online portal to impact a grieving family. And the kicker- this was the florist that my aunt had gone to

Locker's provided flowers for my father's funeral this last weekend, including one arrangement that a cousin ordered online through a 3rd party. This arrangement was obviously inferior to the others, despite costing just as much or more. My cousin called the 3rd party to complain and was given a 50% refund. The story should have stopped there.

But the 3rd party called Locker's and told them that they were only going to receive 50% of the cost. So Locker's came to the funeral home -- IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FATHER'S VISITATION -- and TOOK THE ARRANGEMENT BACK. W.T.F.

Have ordered flowers for delivery several times and have always had a great experience - even during the busiest days (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day). Nice local business!

Called today (day before Mother's Day) to order flowers for my mom. Chose them based on their Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint at all! Great bouquet, and service. Thank you very much!

Intentionally selected a florist in the vicinity to where my mother was moving to order direct and support a local business. And hopefully come out with my go-to place for her in the future. Locker's Flowers did a great job with my wedding bouquets. I wanted a mix of calla lilies, regular lilies, and orchids, which I figured would be an expensive bouquet. I went in expecting to pay too much in flowers because everywhere else seemed so expensive, but Locker's Flowers was very reasonable!! So my son asked if I would pick up flowers for him but unfortunately Lockers Flowers was closing in 5 min. I can't believe they stayed and waited for me to pick up the flowers. They even put them together last minute for me. Such awesome customer service! I will go back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a lovely arrangement.

Terrible costumer service! Went to a bridal show and lady with reddish spike hair was rude. For someone who is trying to get people to come to your place you were terrible. You weren't going to sign our paper so bride could enter to win grand prize because bride wasn't at your station. Work on your skills!

The most important flower arrangement I order lately is for a friend or family member that has been laid to rest. If I order flowers for someone, I want it to stand out in a room full of arrangements. I want the family and friends to know I mourn the loss to us all in this passing. I have ordered 5 arrangements from Lockers and when the family thanks you for the beautiful flowers you know you received the service you ordered. They have never disappointed me, I would recommend your next order from Lockers for that huge arrangement you want to stand out in a room.

For the cost I expected better service.
The pricing was good until all these mistakes were made.
Our flowers for the altar did not arrive on time. So our altar was empty and barren of life. My nieces did not receive their flowers. Apparently these were never written down, but I'm pretty sure we discussed them. I don't know what happened there. It could have been a miscommunication. But I felt bad for my new nieces.
The bouquets were lovely, but mine was supposed to have crystals in it. It didn't.
I would go with them again. But I would definitely set up a final meeting to make sure

Terrible experience with my daughters wedding flowers. From the start they were always busy, being valentine's day, mother's day, prom etc. The brides and bridesmaids bouquets were all the wrong colors. After promising me they would be at the reception venue a certain time, came 2 hours early, left the flowers, and didn't set up. They said they had to go. Run don't walk away from this florist for wedding flowers. There are too may out there that will be better for the price. Very over priced too!

Went here to get flowers for my girlfriend a few months back, and what struck me first was the atmosphere. It was slightly busy, and the way the shop was set up, it felt like you just walked straight into a greenhouse. Very cool, and very relaxed. Then you literally walk into a large "locker" refrigerator unit and pick out what you want. The employees were helpful and friendly, making polite conversation.
