Established in Buffalo, NY on Broadway, the year was 1979 and GDI Lounge was born. It remained a very popular east side eatery and libation emporium until 1991 when we relocated the business to Alden, NY. The name was changed to GDI Countryside Inn where we continue our tradition of excellence by serving USDA Certified Angus beef products, Grade "A" seafood and a wide selection of American, Italian and Polish cuisine.
4 Mini Tacos, 3 Chicken Fingers, 1 Pizza Log, 1 Taco Log, 2 Mozzarella Sticks, 4 Hot Popper Cheese Cubes, 2 Mac & Cheese Wedges, Deep Fried Pickles, Onion Rings, and fresh cut Idaho Fries. Served with blue cheese, celery, and carrot sticks. Your choice of mild, medium, hot, firehouse, honey BBQ, hawaiian, BBQ, garlic butter cheese, or our house sauce (sweet spicy BBQ).
Carmelized onions in a rich beef broth with a touch of sherry then baked with slices of cheese on top till golden brown and bubbling. Fresh romain lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, coddled eggs topped with choice cuts of steak or chicken. Served with a hot bread stick. Crisp iceberg lettuce with ham, salami, provolone cheese, olives, tomatoes, pepperoncini, hard-boiled eggs and pepperoni.
For 12 years and under only! All include free beverage (pop or milk) and a small sundae for dessert! Plates / Baskets / Sandwiches are served with french fries and cole slaw or applesauce. Dinners are served with a side salad or a cup of soup, hot vegetable and choice of potato. Fresh-cut or Krinkle fries covered with our homemade BBQ Pulled Pork and smothered with melted Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheeses.
All dinners include your choice of: cup of soup or small chef salad, vegetable of the day, choice of potato or rice, roll and butter. Smothered with beef gravy or marinara sauce. Also try our tex-mex meatloaf with a light cajun spice, covered with salsa and melted monterey jack and cheddar cheese. Boneless, skinless breasts Char-Broiled Choose from seasoned, BBQ, butter-lemon pepper, cajun, or topped with our signature warm apple-honey sauce.
