PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE: Our family has been utilizing Goins Heating & Air Conditioning for several years. When contacting them, Ann at the office has a friendly and professional attitude. She treats the customer respectfully and assures all customers are prioritized according to their needs.
Our service tech, Eddie, was very professional. He communicated before the service call, arriving on time and as scheduled. He diagnosed the issue promptly and performed the repair timely.

Goins Heating and Air came and moved some of the floor jacks under the foundation of my house in order to run their stuff. Since they moved them, it voided my life time foundation warranty. I have called and emailed about the situation, but they just respond with "We don't have your house in our database". I have a picture of the data completed, project number and their company on it!
They seem nice and good to work with, but frustrated they are dodging a serious issue.
