Have used on 2 separate occasions. The first time was over a year ago when the first person I called could not figure out the issue with an older heat pump in one of my rental properties. Ktech came out, looked at, figured out, and solved the issue in 1 day. Pricing was very reasonable and when another issue arose, Ktech was my first call the second go around with the exact same results. Highly recommend using them and I will for all my future HVAC issues. Thank you KTech!

Slavic Kovalenko provided excellent service! Professional, showed up when he said he would. He analyzed our house and the system we needed to replace, gave us options, and installed an entire system in our house. Good value, good work, very efficient. Super nice! My shady home warranty company assigned KTech to repair my air conditioner. The same day they were supposed to promptly come out, the warranty company practices tried to cheat Slavic and he resigned doing business with them, leaving me without a vendor. I totally understand where he is coming from with his decision. After conversation, Slavic came out first thing the next morning and took care of the problem in one trip. I can't appreciate that kind of service enough! Thank you for saving my family from this awful heat!
