William is absolutely awesome! I originally called another towing company and that driver (after arriving an hour later than expected) refused to load the car because there was a little challenge to getting it out of the barn and on to the truck. William arrived quickly and was able to easily load the vehicle and get it to the shop within an hour of the first tow truck driver leaving me stranded! I will always call LONESTAR Collision Towing in the future!!!

They take advantage of older people and LIE to you about the price. My husband has end stage Alzheimers & I take care of him at home. We had car accident near courthouse on 10/2. A Lonestar wrecker driver was right behind us. 1/2 block from his shop. Police wanted our car off street. I asked how much does he charge. He said $20 a day. I asked him… 3 times. $20 a day. When I went to pay today to have car moved to another location. They tell me $326. $185 for towing, (for 1/2 blk of towing 😳),$20 impound fee, $50 state fee + tax. If he had told me the truth, I had other plans for

We would like to thank George for coming to get us when my truck would not start. We have triple A and called; they sent George out to pick up the truck and us, making a 63 mile ride home pleasant and fun.
