Beard's Towing is a family-owned, full-service towing and recovery business for light, medium, and heavy-duty jobs. We'll tow anything from a small car to a truck to an 18-wheeler tractor trailer. We offer heavy-duty towing across the U.S. with a tractor and 53' flatbed, 50-ton landoll trailer. We also offer light-duty towing including flatbed and conventional recovery across Texas as Dallas/Fort Worth is our primary area of towing.
Beard's Towing's storage facility is staffed 24/7 with 64-camera surveillance systems for added security for safeguarding your property. Locked indoor secured bays are available. Release is 24 hours a day seven days a week with one-hour notice. Hours for vehicle property and inspection are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays.

Terrible experience with this company. The drivers for this company are reckless. If you see this tow truck driving around the metroplex please avoid!! A driver hit my car and drove off. Completely totaling my car. And not taking any responsibility. Absolutely trash business!

Beard's Towing was hosted an event with Adventures With A Purpose. It was very good of Beard's to show off their equipment. Plus they had the vehicles that were pulled out of our local lakes. I may not have used there service I did see them work for free to help clean up the environment by pull car and truck out of local lake with Adventure with purpose. With that said the next time I need a tow I know who I am calling. They spent 5 day in there own dime clean up our lake which I can't thank you enough for plus when we spoke at your yard at the meet and greet you were nothing but curious. Plus that little track loaded attachment is amazing what a fabulous creation.

I would use this business if I lived in their area. I saw Esteban in Adam Brown Adventures pulling out a piece of a truck from under a bridge. An awesome job and I could tell it was a very difficult job. The piece of truck did not want to cooperate. Great job. Thumbs up, 5 stars.

They ruined my alignment during the towing process even though my husband offered to slip it into neutral and roll it out to make it easier. The employee picking it up ensured he didn't need help. Well, then I watched him drag my car sideways with the wheels locked. He left tire marks all over the parking lot. The dealership told me that is what caused the issue (it was being towed for an electrical problem), so not only did we pay $175 for the tow, have a car that needed to be fixed for something else, on top of that we have to pay $200 to get the alignment fixed. Be prepared to wait at least an hour. They have a bell but I don't know why because no one comes whenever you ring it. Took 3 times of going up there just to get my belongings out of the car. Girls that work there have attitudes as if your bothering them sitting on there phones. My mother is almost 70 years old and they wouldn't let me go and get the stuff out of the car even with her sitting in the waiting room. I will never use them for any towing services!

This place is horrible. First of all the hours are very limited for property retrieval M-F 9-4, then once you're here they only have one person working the desk and one person walking customers out to the tow yard to your vehicle.

Towed my car because of a wreck. Staff is by far the worst people to be around. They expect you to get your belongings out of vehicle when your vehicle is 2-3 inches away from other vehicles? I understand making room but when you have 3-4 employees standing around the least they can do is show some courtesy? Also, if you have a large amount of belongings in your vehicle be prepared to do a lot of walking because they will not let you pull your rental next to your totaled vehicle?
The Fort Worth PD should definitely find a better company to call because this place is a POS!

They came out to pull a delivery truck out of the mud on our road. Our truck was not stuck but dangerously close to the delivery truck so we couldn’t move with damage to vehicles. The Beard’s Towing driver did an EXCELLENT job of getting the delivery truck out of the mud with no damage to either vehicle! WELL DONE!

Let me start of by saying I have never reviewed anything. But I have never been more upset and disappointed that after paying this company almost $500 they would still try to steal from me. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. My husband was driving my car on Sunday when the tires popped and we had to get it towed. Monday we had to get it towed back home. Had to give them totaled car and pay them 550$. Thought we had everything out of car at scene. Nope got kids $300 Nintendo Switch also, then told me they don"t go through the car.Really you don"t take anything of value, even after you take Title? OH bill was $1008 before I surrendered title. Clown tells me what hard job it was pulling car on flatbed and clean up on rural road no traffic, cop even helped him clean debris. They towed my car following a wreck. Went to get personal belongings out and they wanted to charge me $25 to access my own car and air could be reimbursed by the insurance. When I told them I didn't have $25 dollars today, they said to come back when I did.
I called my insurance and my insurance called them. My insurance worked out something for the 25 dollars, and that is the only reason they get 3 stars. However, they are making sure I have to wait for them. I'll update on how long they make me wait to access.

This company, by far, has the worst customer service and lack of care of any company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I went to see my vehicle, that my girlfriend had wrecked about 3 miles from their shop. By the time I got to the scene of the accident, the Forest Hill Police Department had called Beards Towing to tow my car so I was not able to see it. After picking up my girlfriend, I went to beards towing to see the car but was completely refused access to my vehicle which i held title to. They saif it would be held for processing until 9am and then it would take some time to process

If I could give this place a -5 stars I definitely would. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any type of business. Every single employee was incredibly rude and condescending, manager included. Even the way they greet you when you walk up to the window is unwelcoming. They really go out of their way to do anything for you to not be able to get your vehicle back. Not to mention the fact that I was told that it would be a $21 charge for every additional day it was there. But the employee conveniently left out the fact that the first 24 hours is an additional $50 and

Incredible customer service. I had to have my car towed to Audi of Fort Worth (for the fourth time) and Beard's is who they recommended. They arrived promptly and the guy who loaded my car (Michael) was more careful and meticulous than any other guy I've ever seen. Sometimes the job is so cringe worthy that I have to look away, but Michael took plenty of time and then even strapped down each of my wheels to be certain it was secure. Although I hope I never have need of a tow again, if I do, Beard's will be the first place I call.

Refused to give me my items from my vehicle over the weekend. I had been hit by a semi and knocked un conscious and am from ou of town to visit a family member who had a stroke. They would not let me see my car on the weekend before I left or get any of my items including wife glasses and cellphone.
