The driver from the towing company was very helpful to me, I was stuck in the drive through when he got to where I was, he checked to see what was going on with the car he recognized the problem , fixed it and I was able to drive the car home, I really appreciate his help, THANK YOU

Completely unprofessional!!! The driver blocked our driveway to the street and refused to move until he was done. I would understand if he has the car on the bed but he wasn’t even hooked! I asked for his TDLR license which he is required to show upon request and he is required to have while he is towing! He stated that he did not have one! He was extremely rude and kept cussing at me for no reason and he wouldn’t let me leave to get my kids from school!

We used Low Rate Towing recently. After calling around they were definitely the cheapest. We were stranded in Arlington and needed a tow to FtW in the Cultural District. We got great fast service! Price was awesome too! They were very professional and got the car loaded quickly and safely to our house. Will definitely use again!
