In 2016,I had Brad replace my old propane furnace to a Daikin VFD furnace. Within two weeks, I got a B4 error code; he said if it happens more often he will talk to the Daikin Rep. Several times in four years this
happened, but Brad didn't look into it!! I didn't worry much because the
furnace does do a restart after one hour. Fast forward to Oct 2016, I started having an ignition/start problem which is an E0 error code. He came over to diagnose but couldn't find the problem. He said he will order parts and come back; it took 2 weeks. Lucky I had several infrared heaters to keep me warm. He put

Frog HVAC installed a ductless heating/air conditioning system on my 110 year old farmhouse. They were quick to come by to take a look and provide a quote, offered higher quality equipment at a lower price than others quoted for basic level equipment, and completed a terrific looking installation. I can't say enough about the quality of work that Froghvac does. we have a new furnace, air conditioner and 2 new vents in the floor. INCREDIBLE difference. Got this recommendation from our neighbor who's a builder (always a good referral!) and they were really great. Replaced our 20+ year old furnace and added AC -- can't even tell the AC was a retrofit. Finished on schedule, no surprises except how smoothly everything went! Thanks for doing a great job!
