There is only one thing as important to us as service, and that is transporting our customers safely to their destination every time. Our vehicles are serviced monthly by a professional local mechanic who performs all necessary maintenance to keep the vehicles running reliably and safely. We also conduct our own weekly vehicle inspections and double check the equipment the day before every trip.

This is one of the worst company. They called to schedule a pick for the morning of a dialysis patient. Driver never came. Website put 24hrs open. You call and the person who picked up the phone is rude and said we are not coming. How can you just leave a dialysis patient with no advance notice of not picking up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The only reason I gave a one star is because Newar was very nice on the phone.
If you need a ride do not depend on this company.
I called several times to be sure that I would get a ride to the airport at 5:30 AM.
All ready and waiting 5:30 no one, 5:45 no show 6:00 no show, I called 5 times
And no answer. Had to wake my friend to take us to the Airport, almost missed
My flight by a few minutes. I called them when I got back and was told that they
Would check it out to see what happened, no one has got back to me.
So go else where to be sure your ride will be there .
