Our drivers are specifically trained, credentialed, and insured to accommodate the special requirements of our community's client base. We are permitted by the Metropolitan Transit District to operate throughout the County of San Diego. We are not 911 ambulance responders, but we do provide an affordable level of service for those who may not be able to use conventional public or private transportation providers.

We provide all forms transportation services including Non-emergency ambulatory services, stretcher chair service and wheelchair transport services. Our transportation services are available for people of all ages, especially senior citizens and mobility-impaired individuals.

Internet and smartphone technology is having a dramatic and positive impact on our efficiency, productivity and customer service. All Points utilizes DispatchBot software to automatically import trips from major transportation brokers, allowing us to respond faster to maintain an on-time schedule.

Mark, was the best. All points was the easiest company to use, most companies wanted 24 hour notice. (Now what hospital gives you the exact time you're being release?) All Points was given a 3 hour notice and not only did Mark help me into the van, but also in the pouring rain made sure I was safely in my house, including lifting me in Wheel Chair up 2 steps over the threshold and down two Step.

Cheaper than the other guys...but you still get great transport to or from where you need to go if you're in a wheelchair and live in East County or close to it. I recommend them. Used them several times in the span of a month since my mom is wheelchair bound and needed to go to a lot of different doctors' and dentist visits. And they didn't make me go broke like the more expensive guys were going to do.
