Jazmin at the office was efficient, friendly, professional. Sarmad, the driver, was punctual, knowledgeable, and likewise very professional. They both get 5 stars. What was not great was the vehicle, itself. The seats were cracked, which can be overlooked. However, the door did not seal tightly and the cold air came in around the sides. It was a rainy, windy, 45 degree day. We turned on the heat, but there was no way to adjust the temperature. It became oppressively hot. So, our choices were to either freeze or burn. Our driver actually apologized for the lack of temperature control. FAA Transportation

These guys were great! Driver was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Driver was early to pick us up and was always prompt and on schedule for each of our stops. We used a Sprinter Van with 10 people and it was the perfect size and the very nice clean. Highly recommend!

We recently had such a wonderful experience with FAA Transportation! We coordinated transportation using their sprinter bus for a day of wine tasting in Temecula. The company was very easy to coordinate with. They patiently answered all questions we had before booking, were quick to answer all inquiries, and were very professional. They day of our tour, the driver arrived early and was so nice and courteous. The trip went very smoothly overall and we had the best time. We will plan to use FAA Transportation in the future and highly recommend them.
