I had the pleasure of having Al train me in home and I am so glad I did. I consider myself an athletic individual and in my field of work, I'm accessible to workout equipment. However, what made me reach out to Al was having that guidance, direction and accountability. Al is knowledgeable, professional and flexible. Our sessions were great and he motivated me the entire time. He showed care and concern on every avenue of the training. From the workout, to my meals, and to my water intake. He's also a great conversationalist. I truly enjoyed our sessions, work and talk. I would definitely recommend

Al is fantastic! He is flexible when it comes to scheduling, which is great being a teacher and mom of two. Al is knowledgeable in fitness and works hard to help me reach my goals! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal, in-home trainer!!
