Esther has served as our office manager for over 23 years and is essential in helping our practice run smoothly and efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction. As a registered nurse, Amy has been assisting Dr. Toledo with caring for our Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center surgical patients since 2011 and is our director of nursing.

Dr Toledo and staff are amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Toledo's for almost 20 years. He did my initial surgery in 2002, a repair in 2005 and another update 11/2021; and every time I felt like they were family. Every one is kind, compassionate and truly do treat you like family! As a medical professional myself (RN), creating an atmosphere of care, concern and compassion is not as common as you would think. Thank you Dr. Toledo and staff for taking great care of me!

Dr Toledo did an amazing job with my rhinoplasty. My nose looks better than I even imagined it could look. The results are so natural no one would ever think I had surgery done. There is no visible scaring. Having this surgery seriously changed my life and how I feel about the way I look. I would never go to anyone else for plastic surgery. Dr Toledo is the best!

Where to start? I guess I'll start by saying that Dr. Toledo is an actual magician. I grew up playing tennis with one of his daughters, so my family has known and loved the Toledos for a long time. I had heard over the years that Dr. Toledo was the best Plastic Surgeon in the business, but I couldn't say from first hand experience that that was true - until now! I typically am only a reader or reviews but my experience with Dr. Toledo and his “girls” was so outstanding I’m submitting my first review. I came to Dallas from Alabama for a full facelift and eyelid surgery. My cousin, a Dallas doctor, in Highland Park had a facelift last year and she raves about Dr. Toledo. So, I went to Dallas for a weekend of shopping and for my consultation appointment. Dr. Toledo did a very thorough evaluation, explained all his recommendations, and answered all my questions. Completely botched rhinoplasty. Dr Toledo has zero people skills and is incredibly rude, he seems burned out. I went ahead with the surgery because of his before and after gallery. He left my left side of my nose completely collapsed and asymmetrical. I asked him to revise it and he told me no because he is “not perfect.” He was incredibly expensive and left me crying in his waiting room after making me feel like it was my fault for his mistake. He admitted to my failed surgery but didnt offer to fix it. The staff is incredibly nice so as to make up for his lack of candor and i wish I had gone

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Toledo in July 2021 and I am already so pleased with my results. If you have been thinking about getting surgery for a while, go for it! Dr. Toledo was professional and succinct. I was back to feeling like myself 2 days after surgery. His staff made me feel very comfortable and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Toledo preformed a rhinoplasty on me and he did an excellent job. During my consultation, he was very straight to the point and he was honest with what he could do. He realistically set my expectations with a digital mark up of my nose after surgery. I highly suggest you go to him for your procedure. His staff is also extremely kind and personable.
