Okay, everything started off pleasant I felt like a patient afterwards it felt like NEXT. Really didn't need much interaction at first. Moving forward whenever I did call the office the staff was nice about passing the information along however it took my coordinator a lengthy amount of time to respond but atleast she did.
Morning of surgery doctor was nice we talked about my procedures thoroughly and went back.

I had a great experience with Avana! Anyelin was great with communication and always called back the same day. Dr. Moradian is very charming and I trusted him to make me look great. I'm only a week post op but so far so good! I've also received 2 phone calls in the last week checking on me. I know one call was from Kat (and I love her energy) so I'm very grateful!

If your not sure about proceeding with surgery I wouldn’t pay a deposit because you won’t get your money back for over a month, you will loose $500 of your deposit unless you save it for a later surgery. Make sure you read the refund policy very carefully before signing. Everyone is really nice until you pay your money then the short conversations begin and the “oh well you have to wait type of attitude!” I’ve never dealt with any business that takes this long for a refund on a procedure never completed. Then they give you attitude when you call concerning “YOUR” money

Having my surgery here was wonderful. I booked my appointment and there was no need to call for any questions because every question you can think of there is a answer for it in your PORTAL. I followed the rules for the 30 days before my surgery and I think that was very beneficial for recovery. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I don't have any complaints. My experience with Avana was awesome. The purchase process was very easy (as it is every where else) - My preop process was not perfect but it was smooth, my coordinator and her assistants always called me back and answered all my questions (typically I always got a call back but was not always transferred to my coordinator on the first call), when i arrived at the clinic the staff was friendly and helpful, the customer service manager is there to assist patients throughout the surgery process, which was great. Day of surgery was smooth and post op was great, you have to wait for your massage appointment

So far so good! My best friend and I are getting a bbl in January. Our coordinator is Ariana. She is super nice and understanding. I explained to her that we want surgery on the same day and that we are flying from California. She made sure that my friend and I are both communicating with her and that our surgery will be on the same day. I walked out of my pre op appointment disappointed that Avana Plastic Surgery had failed to honor the price that I locked in for $250 on 6/19/2020, which included 12 areas of lipo as part of their special which included full back, arms, inner thigh, arm pits, back of legs, and inter thigh, anesthesia fee, pre and post appointments for $3000.00. I must say I had a Great Experience with Avana & Dr Dress!! Selena the Manager is so Uplifting, Kind Hearted & Knowledgeable and helps you so much. I was called twice to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Everyone at the Front Desk from Pre-Op to Post-Op was Friendly and Helpful. My Massage Therapist was Amazing! So gentle and Sweet. Dr Dress is Super Nice and listens to you and answers any questions you may have. Overall I would recommend Avana to EVERYONE!!!

Please don't believe everything you read about Avana! So far so good. I initially booked Avana to surprise my wife with the surgery that she has been wanting. The communication was great, they always returned my calls and answered any questions I had. When it came to me and my wife's arrival it was the VIP treatment. My results were great but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Post-Op procedure is unorganized. My payment was missing from my account, even after I called before travel to confirm they had everything before I left. They never could get times together. Wait times are ridiculously long! The staff does not communicate. After you have the surgery forget about them calling you for any reason. Be prepared for no organization. Be prepared for no compassion by the staff.

I paid over 5000.00 to get a BBL from Avana that was suppose to happen tomorrow. However, two days after I paid another 2500.00 on 4/26/21 I received a call from Anniel the coordinator telling me that my surgery was canceled by the Dr. No reasons given at all.

Anyelin is the pre-op manger and she is by far the worst person I ever met in the customer service field. How she got this job befuddles me. She's self center and rude only caring about money. Anniel is the worst pre-operation coordinator and shouldn't be here at all. Why aren't these monsters fired yet?!?!

Great place for a surgery, but pre op and post op sucks, very unorganized and call to speak to manager and got the run around. They pushed my surgery a day back, and when I Tried to booked massages and they said said they were booked until the next week. When I complained they suddenly could squeeze me in. Said they didn't have an extra faja for me to purchase after surgery. Waited for posted op appointment for 3 hours. My surgery (BBL/Lopo) at Avana was on March 1st. I got there at 5:20am and left by 9:45am. Dr. Dress made me feel comfortable and had the best bedside manners. Of course the first few days were hard but today (3/17) I feel wonderful. So far I've gotten 8 massages at Avana with Milagros. She is the best! She's beyond sweet and patient. My overall experience at Avana was 10/10. Thank you guys for everything!

This review is strictly off my consult. I contacted this office after coming across them on IG. I watched a very recent video of a surgeon speaking about a promo they were offering that was good for the next week. Upon reaching out I was informed that promo had "expired" and they were offering a "new promo" in which the price point was $4,000 HIGHER than the original advertised promo.
