My husband bought me a gorgeous gift for Christmas that I was so excited to wear! Sadly one of the diamonds fell out and Fred at Marquise took really good care of us and I could not be more satisfied. The selection is incredible and the service is even better. Just over 3 years, I bought my wife's wedding ring with Marquise. They we're welcoming and assisted with the whole process beginning to finger. With a few little warranty quirks here and there that they took care of without a hitch (loose center stone, and a different even a smaller side stone missing. Everyone is personable, very nice and caring. Over 3 years and most times greeted by or at least known by name. This year, I had decided it was time to upgrade as a Christmas present for my wife. Great customer service from Z! I had a custom engagement ring made from start to finish through Marquise Jewelers in Frisco! Me and my now Fiancé we’re browsing in the store and after she found the perfect ring Z asked her to go look at other rings as he spoke with me, i let him know I had a emerald that had been passed down through my family and wanted it mounted on the style ring we saw but in gold and not silver!
Z explained to me the entire custom process from first receiving a digital Rendering of the ring we designed, to a wax mold made, all the way to the finished polished product!

Had a great experience with Arham at Stonebriar Centre. Ended up with a great engagement ring. Here's why my experience was great:
1) No pressure. I first went to Diamonds Direct which also has a building next to the mall. They first pressured me to make a decision that day and insisted on knowing my budget, which I didn't give them. They also belittled my preference for a lab diamond. Third, they tried to place artificial floor on diamond size. When I called them out on all three of these techniques, they got angry.

Did some last minute shopping at Marquise’s in Frisco. It was a no pressure situation as one of the assistant manager’s let me browse without that over bearing feeling. I was undecided and wanted to know all the deals, specials, and pricing. No hassle’ sand no problems at all. Nicole was professional and courteous. In the end, I walked out with a beautiful gift. Great overall experience.

My best friend has been working with “Z” for a while now trying to decide what stone was best for her and her budget. He always remembered her and was happy to answer all her questions and try different approaches. She finally picked a beautiful stone and while we were in the process he had my ring cleaned and gave us champagne when we decided! Z is the man! I'd already picked out a ring from an online diamond retailer, and walked in here last minute to window shop. Z's professionalism and complete transparency convinced me to give Marquise Jewelers a chance. He worked with me to pick a beautiful 2-carat loose diamond, and had his team build a custom pavé platinum setting to house it. He kept me updated throughout the process, didn't try to upsell me and I could not be more impressed with the end product. Will definitely return for future purchases.
