It's times like this I wish Google had 10-Star reviews--They deserve it. Adrian & Lee are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really care about what's best for the customer. They go out of their way to answer questions without making you feel like an uninformed dolt. From battery watches to custom jewelry and everything in between, they go to extremes to make sure you're satisfied and that you're happy with whatever you came in for.

After searching the DFW area, I found Noah’s and decided to stop in. To my surprise, Noah (the owner) was at the store and had a brilliant smile on his face. He helped me not only choose, but design the perfect engagement/wedding band for my future wife. His staff is amazing, the environment is welcoming and by far the best service I’ve encountered. I’m a firm believer in the term “you get what you pay for” and with the crew at Noah’s, you get everything you could dream of! I’ve been to a lot of stores and this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in DFW. My brother recommended I stop in after he purchased a new watch. I ended up buying two watches as well, mainly because the staff was very nice and attentive. They really knew the important details about the various brands, answered any questions we had, and the selection was awesome! Already getting compliments on my new Tag. Mark and the team at Noah's were all fabulous to work with. I needed my wedding and engagement rings resized. I had several gold rings that I wanted to use to supplement the gold in the resizing. Mark was fantastic to work with - patient with our questions, caring in inspecting the rings and reassured us in how we would know the same diamond was coming back to us. :)

Noah designed my fiance's engagement ring and he, and his team, did an incredible job. He listened and asked great questions to find out what she likes, sourced a beautiful stone, and built a ring that blew me away. Today, I stopped by Noah's Watches in Frisco to get a watch sized. Noah took the watch himself and quickly made the adjustments. While I was waiting, I took time to browse his display cabinets. I was blown away by the quality timepieces they had for sale and his fair prices. I will definitely return to buy from him next time rather than buying online. Noah is a very friendly guy, and his assistants were all very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Noah's Watches!
