As a caregiver, I loved my clients. A few of the staff members are very sweet. But I hate to say as for Mrs. Moultrie she come off as being very sweet. But when the pandemic hit she will sacrifice your life & well-being for a dollar & that's a FACT, (without going into details of what was said TO ME). When my children's sister died & I needed to leave town for a few days, when I returned when it was time for my schedule to be sent to me I didn't get one, she wouldn't answer my calls, my text, nor my emails. I went weeks & still nothing even when I went to the office I was told she was not there

We Care Home Care is such a professional and caring company to receive the ultimate caregiving experience! Khadijah always answers the phone on a prompt and timely manner with the most kind & reassuring voice. As a Director of Nursing for an Assisted Living Community, I have called upon We Care Home Care for sitter/companion services for our residents at risk. AMY PATRICK helped us greatly by using her years of PT training and experience to assist our PT in properly equipping Dad’s new home for his post-surgery rehab. Amy & the We Care Home Care staff were very patient with us and responsive to our needs as she outlined a well-tailored plan for Dad’s care while he transitioned into more independently living at home. Our sometimes-“hard-to-please” father was delightfully pleased with the overnight care he received during his first nights home. We are so grateful for the assistance of We Care Home Care!

Seemed professional enough at first..Really started on the wrong foot. Nurse Community manager wrote down wrong schedule on care plan at original visit....altogether different story from the scheduler as to how the care plan read.. Was told at the time of discontinued service that I would receive my deposit in one week. Three weeks later and 3 calls later was told the check "is in the mail". Very POOR business practices.
