I was in a car accident this morning and called a few repair shops in the area. Each location shared the same information that the supply chain was causing delays with parts and most shops were unable to take any cars until December, BUT Foothill Auto Body was the only place that was pleasant in conveying this and wasn't dismissive of my call. Additionally, they suggested exactly what AAA had to me about going in and having my car looked at to essentially "get in line" for the chance to be repaired.

I have several cars repaired by Foothill Auto Body and they have been great. They do outstanding work, extremely friendly, complete work in a timely manner and their customer service is second to none. Excellent customer service! I took my Tacoma here to fix a clear coat and paint damage spot that bugged me. They fixed my truck within two days! I am not able to see where the damage was. The paint was perfectly matched. Ryan Shaffer explained the paint process to me and gave me the confidence that my truck was in good hands. I am really impressed by their professionalism since a lot of businesses lack customer service etiquette.

My #ServiceShoutOut goes to Carlos and the staff at Foothill Auto Body. My dad recently brought his new car here to repair the front fender and it looked brand new. I recently had a little ding on my bumper and my dad and I came to meet Carlos to get a quote. Carlos came out front right away and diagnosed my car scratch and told me it would be in the $1000 plus range and went through why it would cost that much and explained everything in detail to me. I had some body work done and my windshield replaced but now I have condensation on the inside of my window. I reported this back to the staff and was given all sorts of explanations which made no sense. This had never happened before their work. Im still dealing with this issue as my complaints have gone unheard.

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. Changed the pick up time multiple times and closed early because “they are a family owned business” knowing that people were coming from out of town to pick up the car they told and insisted to us was going to be done days later.
Further explanation- My family was waiting for their car which was told to them would be ready in a week. The company was told they would be out of town, but they insisted the time, so we arranged for a rental that could work with the trip out of town (and would accommodate the needs of our disabled family members btw

We were referred by someone in the business to this place. We do a lot of work to our trucks. The front office lady's weren't very pleasant to us. We asked for a specific person and when they pointed them out we were gonna head that way then she told us to wait. Which is fine but it's how it was done and after we were told to wait she opened here eyes wide like we were idiots and cocked her head.
We waited 15 mins

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was above and beyond excellent. Other collision centers/body shops told me my vehicle was totaled, but Foothill looked at it from my perspective and knocked it out the park. As anticipated, the paintjob has failed. Not in the 2500 miles as previously mentioned. But not much longer. I stand behind my original review and will not take another vehicle to Foothill autobody. I will recommend to friends and family to not go here. AAA is working on getting a different shop to assess the damage and additional flaws. I will keep you posted on where and how things progress.
As a side note be aware of parts not being replaced as specified and/or the use of used parts as shortcuts and profit margins. This may be determined by your insurance policy. But know what you're getting

I had a tire blowout a couple months back that did $900 in damage to my bumper, and when I took it to Foothill Auto Body for a quote, they were very professional, kind, and listened to how I would like the car repaired. The quote given was fair, and was told at least three days, when it actually only took a little over two. The workmanship on the repairs done looks excellent, and you can hardly tell it had to be repainted. I'm very happy with the work that was done, and appreciate the hard work! Super happy with the professionalism and customer service from Dennis who as promised in less than 30 minutes took care of my car ( Acura MDX) fixing and polishing the dent, looks like the dent was never there.
While waiting, the front staff asked me if some one was taking care of me??
Looks like the whole team here is exceptional!! Very happy
Had worst experience at Caliber collision nearby but this place is definitely worth to try.
