When beginning your orthodontic treatment, we will require several important appointments at our orthodontic office. At your first appointment in our orthodontic office, you will meet with the orthodontist, and we will create diagnostic records for you to determine the best treatment course for your needs.
Even at a young age, children's teeth and jaws can give us a clue as to how they will form when they mature. In children, the first permanent molars and incisors are usually established by age 7, which allows a children's orthodontist to look for potential problems like cross bites, or overcrowding.

Although the doctor was fine and did a good job with my teeth, the receptionist staff was rude to me and my family on two occasions. I felt she was unfriendly and she would not help me understand my insurance problems. Its important to realize your staff represents you. There was clear miscommunication and I felt bombarded and they made me feel as if I was in the wrong. A doctor and staff should not make their patients feel as such. When I came back, they also did not complete my appointment which I felt was odd because they were so wrapped up in the fact we couldnt understand the confusion on
