Dr. Cavanaugh, a life-long St. Louisan, had his first orthodontic experience as a patient of Dr. Matlof and Dr. Waxler in Manchester! Inspired by their work, Dr. Cavanaugh pursed his interest in orthodontics and attended the Six-Year B.A./D.D.S. Program at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, earning a degree in biology and his dental degree in 1994.

Great Orthodontist and staff! Very detailed information prior to starting treatment. Easy to schedule appointments. Quick wire changes. Just over all great flow.
We highly recommend! It is no wonder that Dr. C came highly recommended from our dentist. This is the guy that our dental office staff has taken all of their kids too, even though there are other orthodontist close to their home. He really is worth passing those others up.
