Now I’ve never been in the office myself, but I called to more or less get information on the services and prices as I am doing my research on a couple different clinics to get my dog checked. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude on a level that I cannot even begin to explain, it was very frustrating especially because I was being kind the entire time. At the end I thanked her for the information and said I’d give a call back and she answered with a couple rude remarks about if their prices are too much for me to look elsewhere and proceeded to abruptly hang up. And it was the fact that

Best vet around. I have taken my dogs to Dr. Weaver for years. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job with all animals.

My puppy had something stuck in his throat. I called Dr. Weaver who said to bring him in. I was expecting to have to have my puppy sedated, but much to my surprise Dr. Weaver was able to see the object and pull it right out. My puppy and myself are much happier!!

I took my terrier in bc she had been attacked by a large dog and needed stitches for a quarter size wound. Dr Weaver said I would have to pay a $200 deposit and she would need to stay over night . I never received any update and I called the next morning and he said I could pick her up and I specifically asked if I owed anything more and he said no that it was taken care of with the $200 I had already paid. I get to pick up my dog and the lady at the front who is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life says that I owe another $143 and that I was lucky bc most surgeries cost $600 (I hardly

I needed to get my Old English Bulldog seen ASAP. I TRIED TO GET HER IN TO THE VET OFFICES WE HAVE USED SINCE 1995 but they refused to see her until Monday. I called Dr. Weaver’s office snd was told to bring her in and I did. He did a very through exam. He took care of our needs and the price was super reasonable!!! I will be transfering my dog’s records to this office. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

The manager of this hospital is absolutely rude, if you want your records you have to pay for them cause she’s not gonna take time out of her day to send your records. Whenever your getting paid by the hour and it’s part of your job to have to send records sometimes you send them. You don’t charge some one for your time when your getting paid to do the things customers ask for. I work at an animal hospital and we don’t charge people on the side because that’s part of the job your getting paid for!!!! Would never recommend these people absolutely rude!

I just got off the phone with their receptionist and I have to say I’m really shocked by the lack of initiative and willingness to help a customer. I called up to simply ask for them to forward my dogs vaccination records because I had moved farther from Ennis. I get told that “we are short staffed so I’m not even going to bother to look for them, I don’t even know if we have them at all”. Just plain rude. She said it takes too much time to send an email of the records so I would have to drive to the office and pay a fee to have them printed. Just no desire to help a customer at all.

My 7 year old yorkie was sick and I was really worried about him. They gave me a same day appointment, got him some meds and had him feeling better in no time. Im so thankful they were able to get us in so quickly.

They are okay, but would be a lot better if they were more organized and professional overall. I called to try and make an appointment and was just given out random times to come by. We agreed upon 9-9:30 on Saturday, but it still took nearly an hour to get seen. I am convinced they don't really honor appointments and they just treat everyone like a walk-in.
I believe Dr. Weaver is competent, but he lacks any kind of friendliness whatsoever. He took my dog to the back with me, barely spoke to me, and just started injecting my dog with needles. Usually vets explain the vaccinations before they
