Everyone is wonderful here! They provide excellent care to my chocolate lab. He has been seen several times. They have always gotten him in quickly as possible. He had to have a mass removed from his mouth and they got him in for that quickly as well. It did come back as oral melanoma (not the news we were hoping for) and the vet himself called and gave me all the information and answered all my questions and was very sincere and empathic. They have also provided wonderful follow up care for him. They are a very busy clinic but well worth the wait for the exceptional care provided!

We took both our dogs in for vaccine and heart worm test. They forgot to do the test on one dog and we had to take her back in. Now they refuse to provide prescription to 800-petmeds or to me directly without telling us this before hand stating they refuse to do business with the company. While on the phone with them I asked to speak with the office manager and was put on hold with no one ever answering and me giving up after 10 minutes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and would give negative stars if I could.

Very professional staff, made us feel like we're were family. They were awesome with our 8 week old puppy. They were very clear in their instructions and procedures, letting us know about her 12 week shots and their walk in tech visits. Even though we were running late because of construction, they took extra time to explain everything to us.

I have no words to thank you for taking care of my baby Max in his sickens, thank you so much for that wonderful staff that are dedicated as well and for Dr. Tipton that performing his surgery to safe Max.
