My son chipped his tooth and we got an appointment right way! Staff were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Pham was very nice and made my son feel very comfortable. Procedure was quick and prices were very reasonable (I don’t have insurance). I will definitely come switch from my regular dentist in Sunnyvale and recommend Dr. Pham and Dental Impressions to all my friends! Thank you!

I called and made an appointment because my bridge broke along with the teeth holding it. I called and let them know my insurance information and was thrilled about how friendly they were. I got an appointment 5 days later, but received a call that the had to rescheduled it for a couple of days later. No problem. Someone called Monday to confirm my insurance information and it was correct. I go today (wednesday) I was informed that they didn't take my insurance. WHAT????? why didn't they call me instead of wasting my time and gas to come in? I was so mad I left instead of confronting them. When

I started going here at 8months pregnant and was and continue to receive exceptional care. Dr Walia is very gentle and thorough. Kristen and Cristina at the front are the absolute sweetest! The dental assistants and just everyone there is great.The office even sent my husband and I a card for my daughters birth. My husband and I will definitely continue coming here!
