Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I called to ask about the availability and the person was very rude and dismissive. Will not be applying nor will I recommend to anyone.

My son have been going to POCC for roughly about a month and ever since he started I have seen great changes. He cried for his first 2 days when I dropped him off but not after. Before he started he was not really talking but now he wants to talk all the time. He eats healthy meals and snacks. He is more independent and I am just happy I found a daycare that really meets his needs as well as mine. There are a lot of daycares that say we will help potty train but POCC really helps. My son said he had to “pee in the potty” which he hasn’t said before. I am just really grateful and I appreciate
