I am Dominique Rogers, the owner and operator of Hair Geek & Company Hair Salon. I began my career in the cosmetology industry in 2009, when I was 14 years old. I had the privilege of being the assistant to and mentored by Shawn Moore, the owner of a very prominent salon in Charlotte, NC - Styles by Shawn.
I graduated high school in 2012 and enrolled at Paul Mitchell, the School in Charlotte, where I graduated with honors. Shortly thereafter, I passed the state board exam and received my cosmetology license where I returned to Styles by Shawn as a booth renter for the next two years.

Dominique was definitely my go-to stylist when I was in the Charlotte area! Dominique started styling my hair ages ago when she was still in cosmetology school, and continued until she eventually got her own space. I could always count on her for a beautiful, sometimes very bold, color and silk press. An added bonus is the privacy, which is especially important as someone who wears a head covering.

I went to Dominique last year and I need to go back ! She's a very talented and knowledgeable stylist . Typically if you sit in someone's chair , you get the style you ask for but my experience was educational and fun ! She is well worth the price and her custom colors are nice !
