Services
Yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Yang/Vinyasa: Active, creative, intuitive, alignment based vinyasa flow. Students are invited to challenge themselves while modifications are offered for all levels.
Yoga Therapy is a unique combination of meditation, breathing and stretching focusing on your mind and body as you are gently guided inside. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a unique one-on-one practice that implements meditation, assisted stretching, and dialogue to integrate the mind, body, and heart.
Becky motivates and supports others to break limiting beliefs to create a more radiant & meaningful life. Through working with Becky, you access the tools it takes to step into that bigger self to live the life you may have only thought was available in your dreams. The approach is a collaboration between client & coach to stop playing small and lead from your heart.
Pilates offers low intensity movement that helps strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles. Pilates helps gain more flexibility in ones spine and body by focusing on the core muscles as the powerhouse. In all exercises the breath is most important as breathing correctly helps the fluidity of each movement and allows your body to move correctly.
Becky puts everyone at ease, whether you're an expert or a novice. She's calm, intuitive, knowledgeable and has a way of encouraging everyone to look at things from a fresh perspective. I'm grateful that I've been able to practice with Becky. The teachings allow me to explore my edges while giving me permission to back off.
