Where do I start. "Accident Tow"- $350, Oil Dry - $38.50, "Clean Up" - $125, "Storage Fee"- $105 (3 days @ $35/day). Oh, Last but not least, tack on "7% Mississippi State Sales Tax". Total: $661.80. That was quite a bit much for a fifteen minute tow, late Saturday afternoon, then picking up the truck (2 days later) Monday, early afternoon!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice, very precise and efficient which I appreciate. The tow truck driver got to me so fast, I hadn't got all of my things out of the car. He also got my car to the shop and offered to help the garage push it in instead of drop it and take off. Excellent service.

Being honest...some smart person in Ole Miss could be a rich guy with the next ice storm with 2 things...
1.) CHAINS for towing vehicles and for truckers...Nevada charges $30-40 to
Put on your Semi chains at bottom of Cascade Mountains.
2.) SALT to apply to roads, with hired guys who own a pick up truck and bought chains for their pick ups...
Spread salt on local roads for 2 days, I-55 especially !!
County and State will adore you in a couple of years come the next ice storm!!

Great shop to get work completed on our vehicles. Daisy is great to work with and Donnie and Jason are very technically competent. Donnie never gives up on a technical problem until he solves it completely. He is a great mechanic and person. I highly recommend Jay's if you want good mechanical work completed on your vehicles.
