Monday I purchased a set of tires from Walmart. Tuesday drove 500 miles from K.C. to Oxford, on our way to Panama City, FL. Wednesday woke up, checked tire pressures, left rear was low and saw a screw in it. Went to Walmart, they said they couldn't patch it, due to where the screw was located in the tread and that the patch would not hold. They said the tire needed to be replaced. Walmart did not have the tire and would not assist me by calling another Walmart to see if they had it. Happened to find Oxford Tire. These guys know tires! Great people! 45 minutes and $20.00 later, we were rolling down

Got to them by accident. Staying in Oxford for doctor visit and I had a tire with a huge screw in it. One of the competitors didn’t help me. They barely acknowledged my presence and told me they couldn’t help me today. The competitor had ten bays and as many technicians. The guys and lady at Oxford Tire helped me right away. They had three bays all full and two waiting. Had me in and out in about fifteen minutes with a patch. Thanks for helping out an out of towner in a time of need.

Went to a competitor early in the morning (because they told me to be there at 8 am). Turns out competitor didn’t open until 11 and wasn’t taking any more appointments. Pulled into Oxford Tires, was greeted quickly and had truck in and out in less than an hour. Customer for life!!!! I had 2 front tires replaced and a high mileage oil change done. Excellent pricing!!
