These limited warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. I have been going to University Tire for over 10 years and have always, without exception, found them to be friendly, professional, honest and absolutely reliable. I’ve gone to them for several different services. They have great customer service and try to get you out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Mrs. Joe always remembers me when I come through and they don’t try to up charge or have you purchase unnecessary services. They always top off my fluids and check my tires and breaks. I trust these people with my vehicles any day.

Ernie was incredibly helpful. The tire size I thought I needed wasn’t readily available. He did some research and politely educated me on a different size that would work and would also save me some money. I’ll be returning to Goodyear Univeristy foe more than just tires going forward.

Very disappointed in their customer service and professionalism. Installed 2 tires on my vehicle INSIDE OUT and the manager refused to fix the problem, claiming that I couldn't prove I didn't "switch them to be that way". One of the craziest things I've heard. Extremely disappointed with the incorrectly done work, but even more so the lack of professionalism shown toward myself as a customer.

I've had two parts replaced at Goodyear that I'm now having to replace at another mechanic. One part was replaced about 10 months ago and one part was replaced about a week ago. They also informed me that nothing was wrong when I called them to let them know that I was broken down on the side of the interstate two hours away from Oxford. My car had been in their possession for the past three weeks when this happened. A few days of that three weeks was because they forgot to call me and let me know it was ready. All in all, the worst experience I've ever had.

I was treated respectfully, they are informative and patient, most importantly - honest. This is the first time I've heard, "You don't need to fix that right now, it can wait". Also a first for me to double check prices elsewhere and find out I got the best deal around. After driving away the last time I actually thought, "I wish I did need that repair, because they deserve the money". Can't say enough about these guys. Been with them for a year and refuse to go anywhere else.
