Our Physical Therapists each have over 19 years of experience practicing as pain and movement specialists. Our therapists are trained to evaluate, treat, and support you in your rehabilitation, and provide ongoing education about the your symptoms and how to manage them. Sam is a lifelong resident of St. Mary's County.

The professionalism, knowledge, caring attitude and service is OUTSTANDING. The therapists take a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Following their guidance I have made an amazing recovery. Ultimate Therapy maintains high standards for their service, from their PT staff to the front desk. Regardless of which therapist you see, your care will be consistent. This group of professionals truly cares about their patients. The staff of Ultimate Therspy are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortabe and know that this is the place for you. I have Sam as my therapist and I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable as well as compassionate person. She explained her treatment plan for me, which includes the lymphadema and physical therapies. Since going to her I have a little mobility and am determined with her treatments to become more mobile so that I can become independent again.
