Customer friendly service, not the best!! Please, keep your appointment times... they are not accomodating if you are late for any reason and will deduct minutes from your massage time and expect to be paid in Full!! The massage however, was great!! Brianna was definitely great at her craft!! I won't however, be scheduling any more visits here!! Masssage is 50 min and even the time you spend getting undressed is also deducted from your time.... not worth 99 dollars.

I was given a gift certificate to get a massage for my birthday. The location is in an office park and you have to be buzzed in. The massage with the Reflexology and hot towels was lovely. Massage menu was limited (no scrubs, body wraps, facials etc) The ambience was nice for a basic massage business. Do not expect a day spa with showers, sauna, robes, relaxation room etc. You will disappointed. The receptionist Brianna was friendly and accomodating. I felt the masseuse (don't remember her name) could use a little bit more professionalism..ie asking me if wanted water, needed to use the restroom

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff here are very welcoming, it’s a calming mood as soon as you walk through the door, and everyone is very respectful. They took care of me and my family needs.(it was 3 of us) I was diagnosed with a possible terminal illness and my massage therapist made sure my session was very sincere and personal. Very good experience and I will be returning in the future. Thank you!

It was OK but it was really expensive for what we got I got a $100 rejuvenating massage I showed up a little late so I didn't get the full 60 minutes but of course it still costs $100 for about 38 minutes. The hot towels felt nice but $100 still seems like quite a bit you have to keep your mask on which I don't really mind there was music it was just OK I think I would have given them 4 stars if it cost a little less than what it cost. I wouldn't go again at the price they charge

Horrible Business Management. I have been a long time client to Loretta only to showed up for an appt to be told by Lorette that I never replied to the confirmation email and when I showed her that I did she couldn't find it on her phone. I asked her for another appointment and some accommodation for my inconvenience since it was her business and her system that didnt relay my response only for her to tell me that she needed to talk to her computer folks to find out what happened. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I purchased a Groupon with L&N Massage for my girlfriend and I to use on Valentine's Day. Before I purchased the Groupon I made sure to read the fine print to ensure that there were no days blocked off that I could not use the Groupon, which there were not. I called L&N Massage to see if they had any times available for Valentine's day and I was told they are not accepting Groupon's on Valentine's Day. After purchasing a rather pricey Groupon on Saturday night, we called this massage location and they were able to get us in for a couples massage THE SAME DAY! Although we were the last to go, it was worth it. So relaxing, clean, good aroma, and a very thorough massage. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Would've been 5 stars if the price was more reasonable.

I cannot express enough my disappointment with establishment. I spoke with the receptionist (Miss Lauren) to schedule my appointment. I arrived for my appointment and was told I wasn't scheduled. Keep in mind I took off work to go. I then rescheduled, to which again my appointment was not scheduled....When I spoke to the manager, not only was she incredibly rude, she cut me off and talked over me and never once apologized. This places lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting. Never again will I ever go,

Buyer beware!!! My daughter recently surprised me with a 60 minute massage. Unfortunately, the surprise was on my daughter because the owner reneged on my daughter using a Living Social voucher. When the appointment was made, my daughter specifically stated she would be using the Living Social voucher on the Sunday that fell on Father's Day. At no time was she told the voucher would not be honored that day so she had to pay full price. Needless to say we were both disappointed especially when the owner pointed to vague wording saying vouchers weren't honored on "special days

Dianna provided my prenatal massage and reflexology at (36 weeks) and it was heavenly. She worked out all the knots I had. the tables were heated and towels clean and soft, I even dozed for a second. Staff was friendly the place was clean quiet and I had overall peaceful experience. I will definitely return.

Enjoyed a great couples's massage. Diana relieved the kinks and stress I had on my back. Ambiance was nice too. I used a Groupon and my only disclaimer is that it's only discounted $20 from original price on L&N's website . It's NOT a 50% discount as stated on Groupon. Didn't ruin anything for me it's still discounted some so 5/5 stars.

This definitely was not what I expected. Sometimes it's worth paying more for a better experience. The location is not visible from the parking lot. In fact, if I didn't call to confirm the location, I wouldn't have found it because there is no sign on the building to indicate that the spa is in the building. Do not arrive early because you will be greeted by a locked door and you will have to wait in the hallway (standing) until someone comes to open the door.

I recently purchased a Groupon and I decided to give this place a try. I hadn't had a massage in a long time so I was really looking forward to it. First,the address was correct,but Google sent me on a wild goose chase so pay close attention. It is located between the Toyota dealership and the Roy Rogers chicken. There isn't a visible sign from the highway.
So I get there and I had to go in the back of the building to get in since it was latter in the afternoon. As one of the other yelpers said the elevator did sound sketchy. But the steps were locked and there wasn't another

I slept wrong and searched desperately for a same day massage. After using Google I came across L and N massage checked to website out it was easy to navigate and the price was great 112 for a 90 min deep tissue!! So I call Loretta booked my appointment and was my therapist. I got there about 10 mins early since I was a new client but the door was locked I called Loretta she was on the way. No big deal. The massage was great my shoulder and neck felt so good I'm not sure but I think I got my full 90 mins if not more. Yeah the building is older but I thought in was clean and neat a little
