We worked with Katia Forero for our annual holiday photos in 2020 and 2021. Her process is engaging and the photos are fabulous. We have a fun family and Katia is able to engage our kiddos and keep them interested!

I had seen Katia's work on Instagram and instantly became a fan! Specially the Woman's Portrait sessions that she calls Chez Garage. She totally captures the woman's beauty and power and the results are just stunning . So when I needed some are headshots I didn't hesitate. I called and and we scheduled a session. I couldn't be happier with the results !! You can see in the pics that I was having a great time, laughing and being totally myself. It was an absolutely amazing experience !

Katia has a genuine passion for photography that is hard to find these days. She is thoughtful, creative, and so caring about the people in front of her lens. I recently booked Katia for a boudoir session. Words cannot explain the experience I ended up having. Everything was done so professional and put me at ease. The suite and makeup artist were perfect and when she got behind the camera the magic happened. I was blown away with the end results. I loved every single picture. I was so worried that I was going to be self-conscious when I got the pictures, but it was the opposite. She knows exactly what to do to bring out the best angles and best attributes to make the end result flawless. I had so much fun and I highly recommend doing a boudoir shoot

During quarantine I decided I was sick of just being at home not seeing people only being a mom first. I wanted to do some thing for myself. Do you know when people always say take care of yourself first this is one of those things that they meant it by. I started working out and I felt a lot better about myself and decided I have no good pictures of what I can look like on a good day. I needed that self-esteem boost! As a photographer myself I have plenty of photographer friends I aspire to. However there aren’t very many that I aspire to and really enjoy and feel comfortable being around. Katia

Not only is Katia an amazing photographer, she's one of the sweetest, most personable people EVER! She has an infectious energy and smile and was a pure joy to work with. Katia managed to tame our circus act of a family (my husband and I and our 3 boxers) and got some beautiful shots and with a super quick turnaround to boot! Katia was technically contracting for another photography company at my wedding, but she did such a great job that I wanted to write a review for her specifically. Just to be clear - she did not give me her business info or anything - I took the initiative to find out she had her own business and write a review for it separately from the company she contracted for.
It was ugly out when we took the first look photos - humid, grey, pouring down rain - the lighting was just awful, but the pics turned out surprisingly well! She definitely knew what she was doing. The sun came out during the ceremony

Katia is fantastic! She took holiday photos of my 6 year old and I absolutely love them! She worked so well with my daughter, being playful and patient all while creating beautiful photos.
