Would not recommend for ring repair. They replaced 2 opals in my mom’s antique ring. I specifically asked if any prongs were loose and they said no. The same 2 stones fell out a week after I got it back and they refused to work with me again/fix it.

Jane, the owner, helped me get the perfect necklace for my anniversary. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me get a great deal. She made a customer for life! Would highly recommend!

I have been looking for a 20th anniversary ring and found THE one at the Waunakee location. The store moved it to the Sun Prairie location. Easy to work with and my resized ring is stunning!

I am taking time to write a review because I love my engagement ring and shopping experience with Skalitzky Jewelers. I am not someone who typically enjoys shopping or jewelry. I am analytical and I get overwhelmed shopping because I think I must analyze all options and research extensively to make the best purchase. IFor example, am someone who needs personal shopping services like StitchFix. I am not an easy customer because I don't have typical style preferences and I am picky. This place is amazing. Just picked up a ring that I had dropped off to have repaired. Absolutely blown away at how beautiful it turned out. the quality of the repair far exceeded my expectations not to mention that what they charged was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

This store is so amazing! Not only do they have a great selection of jewelry and watches that you would expect but they have a large selection of gems and semi precious stones. And an in-house jeweler to create custom designs too. After all that you can see why I think it's amazing.

Very friendly staff, in addition to fine jewelry they have The Crystal Room where you can get a crystal reading for free! They only ask that you buy crystals from them which is a deal. The reading was very accurate for me. You would love this place whether you are into fine jewelry or raw crystals.
