I LOVE IT!!! We worked with Bill together throughout the process and it was great! I saw the wax mold and then I was “out” until the proposal. I requested a few changes after I saw the wax mold, so I was a little nervous (I’m someone who needs to see everything to make sure it’s perfect lol 😅). This ring is exactly what I wanted. My fiancé and I were wanting to use my grandparents’ rings to create my wedding ring. When we went into William Thomas Jewelers, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. The creating, service and overall experience from the appointment was so much fun though! We ended up designing a ring I didn’t even know I could love so much. Every step was exciting and I literally cried when we saw the finished product. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect ring for us.

Bill is hands down the best and most straightforward jewler in Madison. I went to a few box stores before settling on working with him and nobody else quite explained how everything works like he did. The prices were the best around and the quality was unmatched. I went with my future mother-in-law and this was such a fun experience instead of a stressful situation. He worked with my budget and got it done quicker than quoted. I would highly recommend for any young couples looking to propose.

All around the best jeweler in the area. I came to Bill with an idea to create a large Art Deco opal ring I fell in love with at a gallery. It was a complex project requiring gems to be specially cut and sourcing the right opal, and complex metal work. He delivered the ring to me having exceeded my expectations of how perfectly matched it was to the gallery piece and of such high quality.
