The team at Triangle Lending Group is simply amazing. First of all, they have access to wholesale rates, which blow away any rates you’re seeing on commercials and such. Beyond the best rates, Triangle will give you a world-class experience. Mortgages are not fun, let’s face it, but the Triangle team and their processors make it a fast and painless process. They are also really good people and I like to support people as opposed to big banks.

I shopped around a lot before making a decision about which mortgage company to go with, I contacted big lenders, local lenders, and several online lenders. My main goal was to get as low of a rate as I could and I was even willing to sacrifice quality of service if the rate was good enough. Among all of the companies I contacted, Triangle Lending Group and Mr. Jim Bean gave me the quote with the best rate, over 0.25% lower than some of the other companies. Luckily I also didn't have to settle for a lower quality of service either as Mr. Jim Bean turned out to be one of the more helpful people
