Meet our owner, Brian! His shining career took off in 1997 after his graduation from NCSU. He quickly found himself working as a Mortgage Loan Officer until May of 2001 when he fulfilled his dreams of opening his very own mortgage company. Brian grew up in a small textile town in South Carolina where he learned the value of hard work from his parents who both worked outside of the home.
Raleigh Mortgage Group believes strongly in giving back to our Community by sharing our time, talents and resources to help others. Brian Grubbs, President & CEO of Raleigh Mortgage Group, volunteering his time to help build a garden that will provide fresh produce and a tranquil place for the residents as they recover from homelessness and addiction.

Brian and his team did s great job to provide a perfect mortgage for us. They gave us options along the way for us to make the best decisions. WE get the mortgage quicker and easier than We have ever gotten one before, and we were very pleased. One of our friends took a year to refinance their construction loan. We completed ours in one month. It was also very helpful to have the notary travel to our residence for us to sign all paperwork.

I really appreciated working with Mike and the whole team at Raleigh Mortgage Group. Mike was super willing to hop on the phone with me and talk through different scenarios, explain things I needed clarification on, quote a bunch of different options, etc., and I got a great rate I was happy with. Be mindful, once they have everything they need, it goes super fast. My first loan experience was not like this (much slower, I was usually waiting on them)...I did not feel that way this time. I'm an independent mortgage broker in Eugene, Oregon that needed a mortgage for a property I recently purchased in NC. I was referred to Mike Alberico at Raleigh Mortgage Group by the buyer's agent I was working with from Redfin. From the application process all the way through to the final qualifying for loan closing Mike was on top of everything. He always promptly returned phone calls and responded to email questions with clear answers. Mike and the RMG team gave me 5-star white glove service and I appreciate how easy they made the loan process for my home purchase.
