Best gym in the area. No locked in contracts, down to earth, clean and has everything you need. Tanning and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great gym. Clean, modern equipment, the owner Donny is very friendly, and the resident dog Bella is the sweetest thing ever. Glad I found this place!

Awesome little QUIET gym! Willing to not use the gyms on base or First Health which I have free access to and pay to go to this gym. Has everything you need to hurt your fat!

Vass Fitness is great! Donnie (the owner) and everyone make it really inviting and they are happy to help with techniques, training assistance, and ways to hit your goals. They have a full selection of protein and supplements as well as plenty of weights, equipment, and machines.
