Fordham is also a bi vocation pastor and a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Fordham is a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Professional.

Not my first home inspection so I have something to compare Fordham against. In a nutshell, Fordham is the Texas version of Mike Holmes. He walked my through the house I am buying and answered every question I had. Crawled under the house and went up on the roof. He even had names of people who could help me with issues he found. I would have been happy to pay twice what he charged for what I got.

I could not have asked for a better home inspector. As a first time home buyer I feel super comfortable moving into a home after he checked it out for me! He definitely knows his stuff and took the time to break everything down and answer all my questions; Helping me feel prepared for my home purchase. This guy is the best! I couldn't have asked for a better partner in my home buying experience. He was very thorough and made sure that I knew every important detail about the new home that I was buying. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, fair, and show's up when he says he is going to. He also explained the significance/importance of each item he noted, and then patiently answered my questions. fFord is the guy you want to help you when you're buying a home!!!
