It takes a lot for me to be willing to recommend someone. Randall is one of the few who has made that list. Randall is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and personable. He should honestly charge more for what he does. If you want someone who is detailed and who looks at your home inspection as if it were for his family, go with Randall. Randall was prompt in completing the inspection (within 24hrs of ordering). Randall was prompt in sending the inspection results (within 24 hrs of the inspection). He was detailed in documenting deficiencies in the home. He saved us from buying a new build that was poorly made.

We have used Alert Home Inspection 3 or 4 times now throughout the last 3 years -- I can confidently say Randall is top notch. He is detailed, thorough, reliable, consistent, and beyond. The company and our inspector, Rob, were absolutely wonderful! They were prompt and got us scheduled for our inspection very quickly. Rob really knew what he was talking about and he took the time to inspect everything in our home. He explained his findings in a way that was easy for me (someone not well versed in home repairs) to understand and helped us know what were the “big fix” items. He took the time to not only tell us what needed to be repaired/replaced and why, but he also explained how to repair it as well as giving us home maintenance tips and suggestions. We hired Alert Home Inspection to do an inspection on a house we are purchasing. We are located out of state, but that didn't deter them from making a timely appointment or doing a great job. Thr inspector Daniel was very thorough and provided several pictures of his findings, good or bad. He also made himself available to call for further questions, which I did have and he never once seemed irritated I was calling back. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for an inspection.

First time using this company. I have used other companies in the past and I found alert home to be the most detailed in my inspection! I found the report easy to read and understand as well as clear pictures of the items that were in need of addressing with clear information on what was needed to be done to fix the issues with the house. I really liked the pictures of the oven temps as I love to cook and it's good to know what the actual oven temps are! He did a excellent job and I am very happy with the professionalism and presentation of my inspection. Thank you
