Dr. Tatyana Yashchuk has been a dentist for over 20 years. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from First Leningrad Medical Institute in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In the United States, prior to receiving her Dental Board of California License in 2001, she received dental training from two prestigious schools, University of South California in Los Angeles and the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.
Routine dental cleanings and check-ups are important to maintaining good oral hygiene. Professional cleaning will remove plaque which, if not properly removed, can overtime cause more serious and costly conditions. Dental exams, x-rays, and other diagnostic procedures are important in evaluating your oral health and hygiene.
A dental crown may be needed for a variety of reasons: to protect a weak or broken tooth, to hold a dental bridge in place, or to cover up a decayed tooth, severely discolored tooth, or dental implant. I made an appointment over the phone after my original appointment for cleaning was cancelled back in May - I was told that they only do cleaning on Saturdays so I had to sacrifice my weekend plans in order to make it.
When I showed up for my scheduled appointment today, they told me they couldn't see me because the appointment wasn't on the books!

For the first time in my life I feel like I can completely trust my dentist. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Tatyana for more than 2 years.
No matter what need to be done I can sit back and relax. No joke! Going to the dentist appointment have always been my worst nightmare.. not anymore.
