Don't waste your time. I had scheduled appointment for morning, and someone texted me an hour before saying they have to reschedule. When I texted back asking for other dates, I haven't received any response. I tried to call three different numbers, multiple days, no one ever answered. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard from no one.

No one answers their phone. You can call, DM via Instagram, send an e-mail and no one answers. You can call the main number at 305 267 4414 and it doesn't even let you leave a voicemail. I have been a costumer for a long time (over a year) and it has been in the past 2 months that their customer services has taken a complete downwards turn. 0/0 on them attending to paying customers. I am STILL trying to make an appointment for services. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going here for a little while now and I am very happy with the results so far! I have been going for laser hair removal. Everyone there is so nice and Terri is amazing. She explained how the process works. The way hair grows and always takes care to make sure I'm comfortable. The clinic is clean and like I mentioned before the staff super friendly going as far as to offer espresso and cortaditos. Yummy. I'm so very happy I found this place and will continue coming here to try some of the other things they offer.

This review is not based on any of their surgeries or procedures. I visited this office for a consultation since I'm just starting to shop around and ask questions in order find the one that best suits me. Ana answered the phone with a friendly and professional voice, answered by questions and booked an appointment for the very next day. When I got to office, I was greeted by very friendly staff and Alejandro (possibly the president or office manager) offered coffee. I met with two doctors that gave me suggestions and showed me some of their work. Some of the centers I called have a consultation
