Tarragon Homes has a history of not paying their employees and vendors. This builder has used money from one job to pay others, causimg a hole to large to climb out of. They then use the money from payroll to cover the overages, never paying the employees money they are owed, instead they continue the practice. Be careful when selecting a builder, because once the home is completed, you may not be able to take ownership until all leans are paid. Integrity is everything when trusting a company with your future, your money, and the home of your dreams.
