We’ve greatly enjoyed our Paradisa home and experience. The house is great quality but what’s been particularly impressive is their responsiveness when we needed anything within our first year of owning the home (warranty period). Justin was our project manager and jumped on whatever we needed quickly. We’re very likely going to use Paradisa for our next home too.

April 30th - Observed Paradisa Homes contractors demolishing old home and bulldozers dumping garbage into the ravine... then using dirt to cover it up. We called 311 to report the dumping.
May 1st: Service request confirmation email with Austin code department
May 4th: Service request confirmation email with Austin code department
May 6th: Observed Paradisa Homes contractors dumping 10+ cans full of garbage into the creek. They walked from 1162 Lott Ave onto my property to access creek (where there is garbage already, sadly). Documented with several videos... here are a few:

While the people at Paradisa are very nice to deal with personally, it's been 3 years since I bought this house and we still have not resolved an issue with a leak in the roof. Contractors have been out countless times to repair the leak, and again later to repair the inevitable water damage from the repair that didn't hold. I've been nothing but optimistic every time they do another "repair", but I'm now at my wit's end, still have water coming in, and can no longer recommend Paradisa.

We bought a Paradisa home in February of 2015. We love the house, the layout, the quality of the build and the style. They have been so great every step of the way over the last few years. Every person they have working for them has been incredibly responsive and has done quality work. We highly recommend them as a builder!

When my wife and I decided to start looking around for a new home in a neighborhood more central, we ran across Paradisa homes in Crestview. We fell in love with the layout and high-quality finish out. We worked with Thomas Brown and his team over the next few months to find the perfect house in one of our target neighborhoods. When I was house-hunting I saw a beautiful house that was better than any of the other houses I was looking at in my price range. However, I didn't like the area it was in (too far away from work). I told my realtor that I wanted a house just like that one, but on the east side. She came up with the idea to seek out the builder (Paradisa Homes) and find out what else they were building. And then I found my house! The location was perfect and the house was of the exact same, high quality materials and design.
